| Pod Specialist, will be responsible for helping train the sellers on products and reduce the learning curve of newbies. |
✏️ Key Responsibilities :
- Drive individual targets from the assigned book.
- Driving overall POD performance.
- Helping on upselling, PGAs, Revenue control and on top agencies / accounts relationship
- Handle difficult clients and de-escalate when required.
